B2271 - BCM Low Voltage
B1301 - Radio Voltage Low
Those codes are probably from the battery voltage being low.
Were you able to get the bike started with the jump?
How old is the battery?

It was jump started through the starter from a running car for some reason. Battery age and current condition of battery is unknown.
Bike won't start...Unclear of what exactly that means.
"Turn over everything lights up works"...It is not clear if bike does CRANK?
BCM code won't turn off. Codes addressed by another forum member.
Switched the 2 relays and replaced 20amp fuse...What relays? what fuse?
"Could it be the start button itself" ... It is unclear if bike cranks...If bike cranks then button should be OK.
*Clarification would be needed in order to better understand situation.
From a distance it seems like operator should carefully review 4 FOUR ends of battery cables for tight contact and battery should be load tested.
A compromised battery and/or poor connection at any of the four ends of battery cables could easily cause a minimal power but no start situation.
