This is for our detailing gurus. I mentioned that I was disappointed in the paint depth on my Heritage, although the clarity and gloss was good. Is there anything that I could possibly do to increase the depth? As I mentioned in the OP, I used Wolfgang SIO2 paint sealant and I am wondering I’d a double coat would help increase the depth, or am i stuck with what I have. Also, as I previously mentioned, the paint is over 17 years old. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ok thanks for that info. Would it affect the sealant if I put a coat of wax over it.

Ok, thanks. I have several different carnauba waxes, including my old go to Megiires Gold Class paste. I have been using that for years but lately, I’ve been using Griots Best In Show.

It won’t affect the sealant. How long the wax last, no idea
How much it will give deeper look, hard to say. I used to use the blackfire sealant with their midnight sun wax all the time. Great combo
