I use Westley's Bleach White on all my vehicles - whether blackwalls or white wall tires. It cleans off the oxidized rubber on the blackwalls and leaves the rubber with a satin finish - the same as new tires.
I never use any kind of tire shine on my cars or bikes because I do not like shiny sidewalls, but that is my personal preference.

I tried sat. and rode 1 mile to gas station , pulled into lot and thought I was on ice, VERY GREASY, NOT GOOD!
