Does the S100 Total Cycle Cleaner work OK? I'm curious, since you don't have to use a cloth or mitt to actually wash the bike. Let me know what y'all think.
As their ad says..."Spray on, touch the really tough stains with a sponge, hose off and dry." I thought it was a bit harsh...did not seem to rinse well leaving the finish a bit dull and streaked.
I use it for quick washes and am really impressed with it! Just have to make sure that you rinse VERY well. Kinda pricey for a bottle though. But, I'm cheap!
I usually use the s100 as a prewash on the dirtier areas on the bottom side of the bike then follow up with a more traditional cleaning method for the painted bits. If I want a really good clean I hand wash, if I'm looking for a quicky I use the Mr. Clean wash system.
keep it off your passenger backrest or it may cause the vinyl to "melt" for lack of better term. I was dumb enough to do it twice to mine. The stuff is mighty powerful!
