On diamond cut heads/cylinders use ONLY a mild cleaner...Dawn dishwashing soap works best...or at least it does for me...wash it down, rinse well and go for a long fast ride to dry it off.

Want more info...contact me.

Having spent years in Florida I learned to enjoy what you couldn't avoid but never got to Hmm...Good Protein.

Used to use Spam, stuff you spray in frying pans, on my bikes and company vans...gooey crap rinses off with water hose and never gets to your paint.

Could you please give me more details on the diamond cut process, do you know what that might cost? I have seen it on one bike and it looked really good. Thanks in advance

I found a great product last night. I brought an engine guard off ebay, and although it wasn't scratched, it had some serious bug issues on it (it was from a salvage company).

Sprayed it with Simple Green, read the forums for 10 mins, came back and the bug guts just wiped off as easy as anything.

Simple green pre-moistened wipes work great on bugs. They are very convenient and you can keep a can in you bags. Also use it just to clean the chrome. No streaks, great shine. Use them on the diamond cut heads and cylindes too.

I ride only when the temp is 32 degrees or below. No bugs and save from buying bug cleaner!!!
