Angry Silly String

After the Phillies beat the Dodgers on Wed. a buddy of mine had a brilliant idea to take the bikes for a victory lap up Broad St. BADDDDDD IDEAAAAAAA and I knew this ahead of time. As we were stopped in traffic kids were spraying silly string which melted on the pipes as I am 99.99% sure this has never occured to anyone before if some has a clue how to remove please let me know

Cotton cloth Noxin #7 Metal polish - can get it at a hardware store.

Warm pipes rub on Noxin a little at a time it will sizzle and soften the plastic.

Go slow and do not apply a lot of pressure it has worked for me a number of times.

Good luck

Easy OFF Oven cleaner....

DO not spray on pipes!

DO not get on PAINT!

Spray a small amount onto a multiple folded cloth, and wipe in exhaust.... heat up pipes.... while warm, wipe again. and again... and again.

It will take it off, and not damage the chrome.

Finish by washing bike (after it cools), and applying whatever you normally do on the chrome.

Good Luck!!!
