Default bug removal

the easiest method i've found is to wet the bug infested area, wet a dryer sheet (regular ole clothes dryer sheet), wipe down desired area, then rinse. i use this method on all my automobiles and it works great. after using the dryer sheet water sheets off like a windshield treated with rain-ex. not sure if this method would be safe for denim paint, but i could see in your pic that your bike does not have denim paint.

I've done it a hundred times.

It's a simple trick and it works!
Tried it and it works well. Great tip - Thanks

Jesus Christ! Who ties your shoes for you before you go riding? If you can't get the bugs off of it, leave it parked.

50% Hydrogen Peroxide and 50% water works well - works better while the bugs are still fresh. Hydrogen Peroxide has a limited shelf life - it will last longer if you keep it the opaque bottle it is sold in because sunlight actually changes it to H20. So after a while you will have a mixture of 50% water and 50% water which does not work so good.

Its cheap - I mix up a new batch every season.
