I have a Super Glide because I like to ride. The first time I was banked into a hard curve and it started dancing I almost sucked the seat right up through my jeans. I told the dealership about it. They retrued the rear wheel spokes. Happened again. At least this time I knew I wasn't going to die, but it's still a very frightening thing.

Yes in stiffening it up you are going to feel more vibration but it's not that big of a deal. I never felt any kind of wobble on mine as it already had the best suspension ever put on a Dyna plus a fork brace. I figured the True-Track would just be icing on the cake but found i could tell no difference until i pushed the bike to do thing Harleys were never meant to do. I guess if you had a "wobbler" it might help but so might better shocks and tires.

I do not see how better tires and shocks will help this design issue/flaw? If someone can logically show this I am all ears but the engine moving laterally because of the mounts and taking the swingarm with it - I just cannot see any help from tires/shocks. Now the bike will perform overall much better with upgraded tires/shocks but my money is on the wobble still being there if it was there before.

Your shocks have bottomed out and are no transferring energy through the swing arm too the engine. The tru track would then mask the issue. That's definitely one way better shocks can help.

Ok, now that's an interesting comment. So, is that why it happens?
You're in the turn, and centrifugal force is pushing the bike down against the pavement with enough force to bottom the shock, so now the shock can't absorb any movement, so the movement from the road goes from the swingarm directly to the engine/frame?

That's exactly what happened on a Road Star I owned. Took me quite some time to figure it out. as far as dynas not sure but it could be a reason.
