If you got access to a welder and a grinder, you can do this yourself. Pickup a shift lever like one of these (1601-0340) or (DS-530610), grind down the back where the shaft is weld to the arm on it and on your current shift lever and then weld the longer spline shaft to your current arm, that's what I did.
Interesting setup you have, looks like you still need to pull the front shifter up to up shift and can push either shifter down to down shift, am I correct?
With my setup, I can use my heel to push the rear lever down to up shift and use my toe to push the front lever down to down shift, I don't need to pull anything with my toe to up shift.

Yes, that's correct, I make my up shifts with toe and my down shifts with heel.
Just put an HD Floor Board kit on my Dyna Custom. Modded the inner shift lever with a Softail dual lever pin. Put a 2 inch extended heel shift lever on to give me more room and used the stock on the toe so far. I had to install the heel shifter on the inside because the offset made it hit the board. And yes I am going to remove the original shift peg.
I have a 2001 Super Glide Custom and Im dying to have a heel toe shifter, used to it from previous bike. I cant find the parts anywhere and not sure what parts I can swap with another bike to make one. Can you please give detailed instructions on how you modified this setup.
