Not sure how your connector is put together, but if it is like a typical deutcsh connector, this might be helpful.

Made the bigger holes on the bars, right wiring all done, and left, broke the little plug pulling out the wires, need to go to the dealer and see what I can do, it has been very frustrating and annoying, but a learning experience, I just need the part number for it so I can try and get new left switch control kit

Went to the dealer to try and buy the jae connector, they wanted to charge me $15 bucks for one! Bought it on ebay not 4 of them for 6.95. Just having a little problem putting the throttle together, other than that, its fine...

I ended up cutting mine and soldering. It would have been literally impossible fitting the connectors thru my bars still intact & I don't want to mess with taking the fittings apart and back together. It then becomes a matter of where is the weak point (a solder or where I yanked on fittings, removed pins, etc and put it back) . My solder is solid though. I can solder a wire and pull with all my might and the wire snaps before the solder does.
