Default 2002 FXD Electrical headache

Recently just installed a new starter and now the headlights flicker, speedo is bouncing to zero and the bike is sputtering all at the same time. Someone please help!! Pulling my hair out lol

According to my wiring diagram and how my '01 is wired, the battery positive goes straight to the starter and then to the main circuit breaker and ignition switch from there...go back and check your wiring and connections...you probably have a loose or damaged connection...the starter connections you made are a good place to begin looking.

You didn't say what you tried so far (except for pulling out your hair), but go to the simple stuff first. I would go back to the starter and check over every wire and connection involved in that job. Then look at the battery connections, and don't forget the ground.

Yeah sorry about the lack of details on the troubleshooting end... I checked the battery terminals (were a tight) and there didn't seem to be a pinched wire anywhere either... I'll unplug/ replug in the starter and will see of that might help.
