Need help for GPS install

You would have to either cut the Power cord to your GPS and splice it into the adaptor or add/splice this (http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...ary-power-port) to the adaptor. If you add the cig adaptor to the harness adaptor I would splice a fuse between them.
I would just add the harness adaptor, splice in a fuse and then splice in the power cord for the GPS and use shrink wrap around all splices to ensure a water tight seal.

Is it too much to hope that one of these options would be available for an '08 Dyna?
Be careful cutting the GPS power cord and wiring direct. Depending on the GPS, it may require voltage regulation down from the 12V external to the unit, and this is usually in the power cord. Just make sure you figure this out before hooking 12V directly up to the GPS.

This is what i am looking for. Man i searched the harley website for something like this and found nothing. You my friend are a savior, i can use this plug and the stock gps power cord. Thank you
