s&s mufflers

Hello All; I'm wanting to get rid of my stock mufflers on my 2013 super glide. I like the look of stock, so the s&s fit the bill. question is sound. how do they sound? any of you have these mufflers? do you like um, or not? thanks.

You need to get rid of the stock headpipe first. Try the search function here.

Why? The cats are in the stock mufflers, the S&S slipons should fit on the stock headpipes just fine, shouldn't they?

I had the dyno guy at a local indie strongly recommend S&S slipons.

I believe the stcok head pipes have a cross over tube connecting the pipes, takes away from the sound, I replaced mine on my lowrider and it sounds much better with true duals.
