When I was researching 5 3/4" LED headlights a month or two ago, I came to the conclusion that Trucklite does not make one in that size. Options that I know of include the HD Daymaker and the River Primo LED headlight that has built in LED turn signals. I purchased the Rivera Primo from Eastern Performance... with their HD Forums discount and free shipping, final price was $201 (a lot less than the Daymaker). I have not installed the headlight yet as my bike is all torn about for several unrelated upgrades.
Looks like TL has no interest in the 5 3/4 headlight. Don't know why I would think they would kill in the marketplace. What do you think about half HD's run this size? And there 7 inch is marketed for all kinds of vehicles. Just packaged different.

No **** man, they really need to get on it. But maybe that's why their prices are so much lower that competitors. They make a 5"x7" rectangular & 7" round. Both of which can be used in several cars, trucks & bikes. So they can sell many more lights in those sizes, rather then the 5.75" that mostly use in only some motorcycles.
I think they would sell a ton of this size at that price range. I think most guys wont buy Daymaker because of price. But you can't outsmart the professional bean counters. They are forever wise! Lol!
I was at a trade show last summer, I talked to the TL rep about it. He said they were working on one, and expected to see it by the end of the year. Said the delay has something to do with delivering the power in the right pattern in that size of housing. I don't know if they're still planning on it or not.
Of course, it was the rep I was talking to, he might have just been bullshitting me, lol.

I believe he was feeding you a line. To my knowledge it is not in the works.
