I would think you would end up with 140/140 easy enough.
With that much power is it really needed to change the gearing?
If your are a bit crazy and have ***** of steel, why the hell not?

I'm not going to be making 140/140. I'm going to try to keep it closer to 125/130. Even still, your right, stock gearing would probably be fine. I had already bought the 30t pulley and I just picked up a 70t for $100. From what I've been told the freeway rpm isn't much higher then with the stock setup. Just another thing to screw with while I'm waiting on the motor, if I don't like the 30/70 then I can always go back to 32/66

IMO either way you won't mind the added rpm at the top. The bottom might get touchy. I have to baby mine on the streets as you have so much power down low it comes on fast. Not trying to change your mind. Go for it but be ready for that back tire to kick out. Interested in the outcome. And +1 on taking more picks as you assemble. Get used to having power everywhere anytime you want it!

I can't wait to see the Dyno chart on that power, gonna be a beast!

I know you're having trouble sleeping, I know you sleep restlessly and wake throughout the night, the number 124 comes to mind and Bam, stupid grin comes across your face that you can't shake for nothing.

What a SCREAM that's gonna be

Yea it's going to take some getting used to to say the least. Like I said I'm going to keep the parts so I could always go back. Are you going to end up going chain drive? Last thing I read you were still running the belt but considering a chain

I'll cross that bridge when I break a belt. Priced it out to be about $350 to convert and Kirby is a dealer on the parts.

Just know it is a 6% change for the 30T and another 6% change for the 70T, so 12% for both. I was pretty happy with the 30T alone but decided to up the rear to a 68T instead of the 70T. Just like soft 02 said with a 30T/70T along with a 124" engine - well that back tire will be very twitchy!

But it's a % change in different directions isn't it? Gear the motor down and the bike up? Isn't the 70t pulley going to help compensate gearing down with the 30t? Do I have it backwards? Bigger gear turns slower= Less Rpm?

No, it is an additive change - going smaller on the front pulley is the same as going big on the rear pulley except 1 tooth on the front = 2 teeth on the back(approximately). You are compressing your gears by both of the mods, so you will shift at lower speeds but your acceleration to these speeds will be quicker. Top speed will be reduced, so if you heart is set on cruising at 80+ mph, you might want to reconsider.
