Was your pulley all covered in that sticky crap too? Don't even know what will take it off. Guess I'll try my buddies solvent tank, brake cleaner and scrubbing wouldn't touch it.
Don't remember any sticky stuff.

Cake. Kirby used stock 110 heads and worked them for my goals. They came with acr's. I wired them directly to the starter solenoid wire. 3000 miles and no issues. I could have bought the harness for them and witted them into the ECU but there are so many parramiters for the computer to make them function correctly that if I have an issue down the road it might be a pain so I wired them directly like Kirby suggested and they work fine.
Which IR gun is that? Using 3/8" hoses/couplings or 1/4" and how big of a tank for the compressor?
Hopefully you don't have the same issues I did using the pulley locking tool to tighten the nut down. There was nowhere to rest it properly.
Hire a buddy to take pics of the re-assemble of the motor. Lots of us like to see that kind of stuff.
It's the 2135 titanium with 3/8 hose and a really crappy 30 gallon craftsman compressor. It's the loudest piece of crap you've ever heard.. Some day I'll pick up the 60 or 80 gallon unit that I want. Yea I'll take some good pics when I start reassembly. It's going to be a few weeks tho
Is there a reason to lower the gearing?
I would think you would end up with 140/140 easy enough.
With that much power is it really needed to change the gearing?
