What did you do to your Dyna today?

Finally got my new bags mounted. I love them! So much more room than my old setup. Plus, I can strip the whole setup off the bike in under 30 seconds, and the only thing left on the bike are the 4 mount points. So I have the best of both worlds now. Lots of storage capacity for my long trips, and stripped down sexy when banging around locally.

I spent an hour cleaning my 04 since I parked it in October, 2017. I’ll spend another hour cleaning the wheels tomorrow, after my back is better. Nope- no new bike for me. But I am looking into a fat five over drive trans in April.

Thanks! My brother makes them. His company is Bare Knuckle Choppers. He’ll be putting models out for earlier Dynas, FXRs and rubbermount Sportsters. I don’t know if he has them on his website yet.

No issues. I had a TBR Comp S on it during R&D. We also tried it with the stock Tommy Guns. Unless you have radically upswept pipes, you shouldn’t run into any issues.

What bags are those? And who makes them?

put the dyna up on the a j&s lift.
this was the first time i didn't s*** a brick while bike was going up or have to check all around the bike 40 times to be sure it was balanced. it was rock solid u[p] on the lift. that's great. i think i will just use this for the dyna and the next big bike. i can 100% get behind this as a must buy on a big bike. fkg great!

The panniers are made by SW-Motech, a German company. They make a lot of stuff for the ADV and Euro bike segment. My brother’s company Bare Knuckle Choppers makes the mounting system for Harleys and sells it as a kit.
