EFI tuner?

Devin and Kevin(DK) use the Power Vision on their Bikes, they are extremely satisfied with their Power Vision.
The Power Vision is delivered to you with a Custom Map, for Your Bike, already installed in it. You can plug it in, load the new tune into your bike, unplug it, and be riding with the New Tune in 5 minutes. So you wouldn't have that worry.
Hope this helps you out

The PV2 seems to be the front runner for many. I personally run the V&H FP3 and I'm a fanboy of it, it's about $100-$150 less expensive than the PV2. I like the FP3 because it's incredibly simple. Plug it in, find a map, flash the map from your Iphone or Android using bluetooth. My bike ran much, much smoother even with stock exhaust and high flow AC while I was waiting to install my exhaust. The maps are also customizable in pretty much all fields, and it has an autotune feature like the others. Pretty darned easy. But you need to look at what your end intent is to determine what's best for you.
Some people confuse the old Fuelpak which was a piggy back model with the FP3 which is a flash tuner like the Power Vision and others, as an example in the first page of DK's thread (which is a very fair one I believe), they mention the Fuelpak but that was back in 2013 prior to the FP3 which now has almost as much versatility as the other flash tuners.
But if your plans include multiple changes to the engine such as headwork, porting, dyno tune, etc. then one of the more advanced units may be more reasonable for you for the price difference.
One last thing I will mention since I just completed some engine work and you happen to post this thread within a few days of my finishing. I did add aftermarket cams, I contacted the support group via the FP3 app asking if they could help with a new map, they immediately answered to the affirmative. Once I got them the proper information on the cams (different story), they got me a new map which was again uploaded to me via the app and I'm back in business. To be fair, with the recent weather in my region I haven't been able to ride with the new map or cams yet, but still I don't know of any other modern tuner where support and uploading can be done directly through the application. The joys of firmware updating I suppose, but the number of updates to the unit even in the 6 months that I've owned it have been really cool to see.
Good luck with your choice

the original PV can also calibrate your speedometer for those who change their gearing or tire height.

My tuner worked as a engineer for HD and helped designed the ecm. He tuned with a flash.
He said he has over 200 points/areas he can tune from.
I was skeptical but I found out he was right.
124hp 144tq
It was built for tq
If I was going to do it local I would most likely use either the tts or pv2
If I were to do a tune locally I would
Save your self some $$$$ and buy the PV from the getgo
