The whole bottom end is getting done, crank, bearings, etc. Rev performance heads & 107 bb kit, Tman 590 cams, throttle body, 30 tooth trans pulley.
which Revolution heads are u going with? and with that tman 590 cams, It suggest 10.5-10.8:1. Imho I would have it closer to 10.8:1 it will hit harder down in the lower rpms. and you want to know what size those intake ports are on the revolution heads so the throttle body and intake ports match. the best bang for the buck is the SE 50mm throttle body comes complete and has the 4.9 injectors and the port opening is 1.750'' can be found for around $325.00 personal that is the way to go VS over having the stock tb bored.
I am going with the stage 3 heads (2.00 intake, 1.63 exhaust) and after talking to my tuner again I am going with the tman 660 cams. We still have to address the TB, haven't decided yet. Thanks for the suggestions!
The se 50mm doesn't flow very well. It does have bigger intake runners than a stocker. It can be bored to a 54 and ported and work pretty well but if you're going to spend that much might as well get an hpi. A stocker bored to a 50 or 51 and ported can work alright but the intake runners are small. I've heard good things about the kuryakyn 57mm and I think you can get it pretty cheap.
Its hard to beat the performance of the HPI unit they out flow the rest. but it will set you back around $ 850.00 with injectors. but you get what u pay for!
I just installed HPI 55mm TB on my 107. I was running SE 50mm with 4.9 injector. Snow is on the ground here, so I haven't had a chance to ride or auto tune. HPI has several 55mm tb with different size intake runner.

Dang those are tall cams for a 107", now those roller rockers make more sense!
With 660s I bet you will be upping compression above the 10.5:1 you previously mentioned? With this change in cams you may not want to bore out the stock tb or go with the SE 50 mm - go better/bigger!
That's the nice thing about working your whole life, you don't have to explain anything and if you did it would just lead to more bull****. Take care of yourself and enjoy...
