Bout time buddy. More details of the goodies going inside?
Good luck and keep us posted along the entire way. I know it's a long time from now but very curious as to the numbers your RB pipe will put done. I think just you and another guy here run that pipe on their dyna.

The whole bottom end is getting done, crank, bearings, etc. Rev performance heads & 107 bb kit, Tman 590 cams, throttle body, 30 tooth trans pulley.
I ordered a fatcat exhaust and I think I've got my Dyno guy talked into running it back to back with the RB pipe (unless the RB sells prior to completion). He swears the RB will not make torque on the bottom end anywhere close to the fatcat. Based on what I've seen with my 96 I'd tend to think he is right. The RB does not start building torque until after 3000 rpm with the set up I had, might be a different story with the new cams and compression.
Dang that build sounds pretty familiar! I only got somewhat basic headwork, so your Rev heads are probably an upgrade to mine. Which baffle did you order on those Fat Cats?
What compression are you shooting for and what throttle body?

Yes, very similar build for sure. I am doing roller rockers with the heads as well. I ordered the lovered baffle (recommended by my Dyno guy). It should end up around 10.5 for compression. I haven't decided on the throttle body yet, my Dyno guy is telling me the stock one will work fine with larger injectors.

Yeah my tuner(Steve at GMR) told me I should have ordered the louvered too, but I went with D&D recommendation of perforated. He said the perforated works pretty well with the bagger builds because of the longer pipes but with dynas he likes the louvered.
A bigger tb will help primarily in the higher rpms where the air demand is so high. A stock tb with bigger injecters will still produce the big tq # but might limit your max hp by a few ponies. I think a bored out stock tb is a good option to considered for the $.
Will be fun to follow your build!

Sounds exciting I'll be following along! Like pilot said, maybe look into having you stock tb bored out. I've heard nothing but great things about Dan Vance's tb's
