'02 T-stport frame color
Does anybody know what paint color the frame is ??
Obviously, its black, but I've tried a few different shades of spray cans, and cant seem to get a decent match.
I'm trying to paint things like the rear axle bolt head and rear wheel adjusters, etc.
tried satin, semi, and gloss black. Tried satin & semi with clear coat also.
Just cant seem to get the right shade.

When I got my SG, there was a not so small rust spot on my frame down post just under the ignition key switch. I blended the edges of the paint and hit the rust with sand paper, treated the rust area with an acid chemical primer, and then hit it with a little gloss black from a rattle can. The acid changed the rust to an oxide primer base that seals and inhibits further corrosion and the Rustoleum gloss black blended right in perfectly. Three years later and you still cannot even see that there was ever an issue.
