I thought this would be a gleeming review of an otherwise awesome seat and experience. But I was sadly mistaken. Has to be the single worst experience I have ever had ordering and dealing with a company in my 43yrs of life.
I placed my order with Chuck. After several days of not receiving a confirmation email I call to find out the status of the seat. Come to find out Chuck put the wrong address on the order and failed to even bother with a confirmation email. Several days later no seat. Turns out Chuck failed to put the correct, or complete address once again, but this time tried to blame me. I cancel my order entirely at this point and still haven't received a refund nor product in weeks since ordering. Shame on you Chuck and C&C Seats...very very poor service and attention to customers.

I don't doubt your experience, but I'm surprised to hear it. I've ordered two seats from C&C and been pleased with the quick turnaround time. I hope they take care of you since they otherwise have a good reputation.
That's too bad. I have had two C&C seat on my touring bikes. They were high quality and the customer service was good. If I were you I would have cancelled my order too. I have a Le Pera on my Dyna. It's high quality and the customer service was good too. Maybe you could try them out.
that sucks, I think I dealt with Chuck when I ordered mine and he was helpful when I talked to him on the phone. Sent me some pics of different things for the seat I was interested in. Seat was made and shipped out in 2 or 3 days and received in about a week. It looks great and seems comfy but after the weather clears up here will be the real test as far as comfort. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
Yea that does suck!! I think that's the first bad review I've read for them. Chuck was great with my seat. Emailed me samples of the different leather, placed my order and had the seat less than a week later. The seat is 7 years old now with about 20k miles on it and still looks new and the padding is still good. During the day the bike is parked outside in the sun/rain. I was thinking about a fastback seat next!! Hopefully this isn't a trend!
I've ordered two seats directly from them and both times my experience was excellent. I think they make a great product at a fair price. Sorry to hear about your experience and hopefully the trend doesn't continue.
