The seat did eventually arrive, but much much later than expected and with a lot of guesswork on my side. Pretty happy with it now though.

Hate to hear that happened.
C&C sent me a packet of leather swatches to choose from for my seat & re-covered a sissy-bar pad to match. They goofed on the pad & had a return shipping label in my inbox before we were off the phone.
Sorry you had a crap experience with them, as I really like my Sport Tour. Great seat & a ton of custom options for not outrageous money. I went with a dark brown pebble grain seat with diamond stitching, with black side panels.

My experience was good. Called, we had a small conversation ordered 2 seat got em in 4 days.
I ran into this on a Kuryakyn seat made by mustang. They sent the wrong seat twice. They got it right finally but I think that is there were only one seat they haven't sent me. LOL They covered all shipping every time and then gave me a 20% discount for my next order to make it right.

The only thing Chuck offered was to cancel the order... He must have had a "off" week or two actually. Thats how long I had to deal with them to get to a resolution. Bank had to get involved to recoup my funds.
