The shocks are 11". The ride a little hard. Not to bad.
Modified Kick Stand is the mod that cuts the tab shorter to allow the bike a better lean angle, not to tip.

Not sure exact how much was ground off here. You are going to have to search for the thread. Here is a photo I found on the Internet of the tab being marked off with tape before it was ground down.
