What model is this console from?

I noticed this console on another very old thread. I am very interested in which model it came from. Can anyone tell by looking at it? It could possibly let me get my 06 SG speedo off of the bars without switching tanks. Thanks.

Older Superglide tank. That picture might even be a FXR and not a Dyna.

Note the gas cap in the center, is it like that on yours?

Is the '06 SC a carb bike because an EFI bike will require a fuel pump EFI tank I believe.
