I have a 2007 Street Bob. Battery has been tested and is good, all fuses are good. In the ignition on position, I get nothing. No speedo, lights, or anything else. If I turn to acc, I get the speedo. I'm thinking either TSSM or ignition switch. I'm about at my wits end. I believe this started because my battery on the security key fob went dead, but I checked the voltage and the battery seemed good. I replaced it anyway. I have zero power in the on position, so I can't even attempt the pin reset or anything else. Headed to the dealership shortly. Thoughts anyone?
Ignition switch..... Pull it and make sure the contacts aren't corroded, wire vibrated loose....etc
Happens in my rat bike fat boy every now and again. I've gotten into the habit of turning it on, and kind of grinding the switch back and forth until it contacts..... It's a bitch when it does it when I'm riding!
Interesting twist. So I pulled the ignition switch, and found a bit of corrosion on the center connector. I cleaned that, and nothing still. So I bypassed the switch, using two wires connected together, then connected to the ignition and battery wire. No love. Did the same to the acc side just to verify, and that still works. So it looks like it isn't the switch. I haven't had much experience with the security system on Harleys. Does anyone believe that could be an issue? Maybe a bad fob? It only came with one...I bought it used.

And no power to the main fuse when the ignition is in the ON position. Checked in ACC and I do.
Reading stuff like this makes me glad i bought an older bike that doesn't have all the electronics even more......hope you get it figured out. Good luck
I know this sounds stupid but I had the same problem and it was the fob battery. I bought a new battery at Wal Mart that was an off brand and it didn't work. Some how it didn't make connections. When I went and bought a new Duracell battery it worked great. The off brand batteries are thinner than Duracell according to my caliper. Hope you get it straightened out soon.
