But now I will be doing some type of breather myself, so again, something to consider

We think highly of FM also, they are great people I agree it is something to consider, let us know what you go with. You know we love pictures

Thanks for all the advice. My other bikes were 2010 street bob, vh if radius, and the typical cone on a elbow type ac with the harley fuel pak. It ran great but was hoping to get more from this one. My second bike was a 07 road glide with the se upgrade to a 103 with rush true duals. Great bike but I missed the dyna. As I said before everything was done before I got it. I have a chance to do it right from the beginning here. I would love to do cams but that will have to be a future mod. I do like the long shots too, didn't know they had a cross over pipe. I know the 2 into 1 provide the best power but I personally don't like the way they all seem to slant up. Good to know about the ac, I'll definitely find something with the free flow and based on looks if its not a huge deal. Guess I'll be doing some research on a power vision, that sounds like a good deal. Appreciate the straight forwardness and I'll post pictures as soon as I get it out of the shop, still snow on the ground here but I'll be riding this weekend as long as theres sun.

If you're looking for power and to do it right a 2:1 is the way to go and they all don't slant (my D&D Fat Cat doesn't).

EXHAUST:
D&D Fatcat, RB Racing, Thunderheader, or V&H Pro Pipe.

INTAKE:
S&S Tear Drop, HPI, plus many others.

TUNER:
TTS Mastertune, Thundermax, Power Vision, Harley Super Tuner Pro

Anything from above you'll be rockin to a great start and ready for some motor upgrades! Think about changing your gearing(front and rear pulley or just rear 68 tooth).

Just ordered the hi flow 587 from DK, complete kit. Still waiting on the bike though, I hate dealers. Post pics as soon as it gets here and then install and more pics. Like the fact that it's cleaner and can use with the stock exhaust until I make up my mind. On that note I'm seriously considering the D&D fatcat after all the advice. I need to ride it for a little before I make that decision though. One question about the pv, is it plug and unplug and ride or does it stay plugged in? I only ask because they have mount kits and I don't want to get the wrong one.

Your choice, unless I'm doing an Autotune run I keep the Power Vision off the bike and safely tucked away; you can load a tune, unplug and be riding in just a few minutes or you can mount the PV and monitor all the other goodies the PV gives you.

You'll love the '13 Wide Glide, mine is a keeper, that 103 is nice My '13 WG is my first FI Harley after years of carb bikes so I had quite a bit to learn. I bought my Power Vision from DK Custom, I talked with Natalie on the phone and gave her my setup and the PV arrived with a great FuelMoto map installed to get me started and my PV arrived with the proper mounting kit included. If you're going with a Power Vision work with DK Custom and FuelMoto...

As TinCupChalice had stated, it is your choice unless your doing an auto tune.
Hope you get your bike in soon and get you some riding time in Can't wait to see pictures after you get the bike!

Finally got it home last night. Sorry about the dark garage pics, it's a stock wide glide though. Post better ones when I can.
