I believe that is a turn signal connector. If yours is a canbus bike, when you move the indicator from the bars to the fork, HD has you cut the cable (and cap) at the bar and use that connector for the fork mount kit.

If yours is NOT a canbus bike, then I have no idea....

I'm getting ready to mount a fairing from a road glide on my Bob and that's where I'm pulling power for the radio and gauges. If I'm not mistaken the four wire connector, customer acc, is power with ignition or accessory. The two wire connector, I think it's called B+, is always hot. Correct me if I'm wrong.
