I've been searching around for the last few months hoping I can find a set of saddlebags that are not only quick disconnect, but work around the stock turn signals on my 02 fxd AND aren't over $200+.
All of the hard mount quick disconnects I've seen use the tail light holes.
I think Leather Pros had some. Quick disconnect and no turn signal relocation. They're is a thread here about it that I'll try and find.
"2010 Wide Glide Saddle Bag Install"
try searching for that. I can't copy and paste since I'm on my phone. Maybe someone can find it and put a link up ?

Walmart bag probably..and you can get them for a pack of gum..all seriousness, check Ebay regularly for bags and the relocator kits. I used throw overs on previous bike...Ones I have now are OEM and has the conversion kits.. Beats jury rigs night and day but probably at the tune of $600+ years ago I sympathize with you. .
next paycheck I'm getting these, I measured and think they will fit between the shocks & the stock turn signals, they are a little small but better than nothing. I don't want to relocated the turn signals either, u think it don't look good.
the way to go it to get a tail light with intergrated turn signals and just ditch the stockers, but I don't feel like spending $150 on a new tail light& wiring it either.
idk, maybe I need to reconsider that & get some bigger bags.

Once loaded without bag supports they may not be the best for long trip. About the only 2 things out there that are removable that dont require bag supports and or signal relocation are the Bad G and the Leather pros. All will require plate relocation though. I am planning on Bad G with extra depth for both sides and fab a bracket to move the plate back few inches out of the way.
hardstreet classic saddle bags will be around $300 100 over burdget, i had them on my 08 street bob and they were nice. found mine on craigslist for under 200
