Joker machine brake pedal cover
I just got this pedal and after looking at the stock brake arm I see the rubber pad can be ripped off but is there a hole to mount this new cover on? Or do I need a whole new brake arm?

The Fat Bob uses the same 42542-06 forward brake pedal as the Wide Glide, there's a hole in the pedal under the rubber pad, centered on the pedal. You might be able to slip the rubber brake pad off but typically you've got to slice it to remove it...
