Has anyone here tried or even heard of these. Found them on the Fuelmoto site and must say I intrigued by the look. Was curious if anyone has tried them out yet.

The springless look is rather stunning IMO, but cannot locate any reviews.
For that price you are getting into jri, and the high end Ohlin and Werks. Relying only on gas without being able to set preload and so forth they seem rather pricey in comparison.
We have a set at the shop for a customer. I think they are a great solution for a quality shock in a tight spot like behind saddle bags. Ktech also makes the razor line which is more traditional with a spring and a piggyback reservoir like what ohlins makes.
The springless design is nothing new. Honda, KTM, and I believe Kawasaki have gone to the springless design in their forks for their MX bikes.
As far as quality ktech is on par with ohlins, jri, and penske. We have a couple of bikes racing on their stuff and they have been doing well. IMO werks would be the next tier down.

Thanks for the reply. I hadn't realized the springless shocks were coming out and being used. I did read their site and they talked about a WSB team, IIRC, using their shocks.
Slyedog, good point about pre load, hadn't thought of that and wonder if it is possible to set.
Bumping this to see if there any new users or info out there. I'm considering this springless shock for my rebuild but I haven't settled yet. Looking for more info...
