LED indicators - will I need a load equalizer

I just did the Custom Dynamics turn signals and put smoke lens kit on as well on my 2012 FXDC and did not need the load equalizer on that year. I am going to do there tail light as well. The great thing about the CD's over Harleys is they have a lifetime warranty and HD's is like a year I think. I want to do a 5 3/4 led head light but not sure what to go with.

Ok I got ya.....Im doing full LED's from CD's but need to do tires first then the LED's.
Ryan Smith over at motoillumination@gmail.com has a couple blem lights, the next order is 2 months, I do want the an LED headlight also but not sure which yet, theres very few options for the 5.75 that I've found.
