It only scrapes for about 2-3 inches where the rubber hits the pavement...I'm guessing a high spot.
But I think I'm gonna rubber mallet it a bit and see if that helps; then I'll try loosening my bearing nut just a hair.

Adjusted the pinch nut a hair, loosened the pinch nuts and hammered on the trees...
I think I got it lined up. Theres less rotor grind, and it doesn't SEEM to sway anymore. Was only able to take it on a quick 5 minute ride down the road before I had to get back to work.
I guess I'll find out on Friday, but I'm 95% sure I got all the bugs out.

Rode it on Saturday in a poker run...I had a few people ask what it was and one guy said he liked what I did to my sportster...who proceeeded to tell me he had a 56 pan and a 74 shovel in his garage, but he chose to ride his softtail for today. lolwut?
