So I'm riding a 2014 wide glide with a mustang solo seat. Currently I have a custom made sissy bar for strictly strapping stuff too. I bought a solo seat luggage rack and it doesn't fit under my sissy bar. I have always used sissy bars to strap luggage to and it works good but I like the look of the rack better. Just wondering what kind of luck others have had with a luggage rack for hauling stuff for long trips. I obviously will find out soon enough how well it works but I am just curious.

 

I have a sissy bar on my FatBob but it doesnt have the luggage shelf. I always just place the bar bag I have on the pillion seat so I have something to rest against. About to take a 700 mile ride next month doing the same thing with my luggage.
