Default Engine shuts down.. searched with no luck

I have searched with no luck. Please direct me if this has been covered.
Here's my problem:
Bike runs fine at all times with no issues, except for one certain scenario. It has died on me a few times while riding in the morning, always around 45-55 deg and only when going downhill whether or not I'm on the throttle. I don't know if it's the sudden change in elevation mixed with the sudden drops in temp (usually about 3-5degrees) but I pass over two hills on my commute to work. It has never died on the way home when it's 65+ deg or any other time really. It only happens in the morning when I'm going downhill. All electrical is fine, dash is working and nothing else shuts off. It seems as if the fuel cuts out. (Yes, it's happened with a full tank of fuel as well) Sometimes I am able to pull the clutch and start it while I'm still rolling and then continue my ride. A couple of times, I had to completely stop, turn the ignition and fire it up again.
Here's some specs of the bike
08 FXDF
HD Stage1 A/C
V&H Pro Pipes
V&H FuelPak
It did this before and after a spark plug/wire change and oil, etc.
Thought it might have been because I wasn't using a cover for the A/C, so I threw on the Round Bobber cover I had and it didn't make a difference. I am leaning towards the FuelPak. I know I can get a better tuner, i.e. Powervision etc., but I would like to fix the problem first if you guys think it may be something else. Any help is greatly appreciate. Sorry for the long post. LOL

Maybe a fuel filter? Sound odd for sure, hopefully others will chime in.

Fuel pack would be my first suspect as well. Just never been a fan and prefer a flash tuner personally. I think you are headed in the right direction.

break your diagnostics into three systems fuel- ignition-mechanical find which one is failing and continue from there, there are many ways to do this some are safe some are not if done incorrectly for me it is simple to find out whether it is fuel or ignition what I have done in the past with intermittent issues such as yours would be to mount a timing light properly in a safe place that can be seen while riding and when the problem accures if it is an ignition problem you will see it in the light if procedure is done correctly may seem goofy works very well good luck

Check your relays, I had cut outs and tried changing wires, plugs and both relays.
Worked for me.

Do your lights cut out? Sounds Electrical of sorts.
It doesn't seem like a fuel flow issue the fuel line itself holds plenty.

could be the lines on your fuel pump inside the tank, Harly had some problems with the fuel ines getting pinholes , riding downhill could cause air to be sucked in instead of gas. or could be the fuel pac, but since it seems to only occur going downhill, something in the fuel pick up/delivery may be a good place to start.

Yea I'm leaning heavily towards this. May be looking at engine upgrades so eventually going with a flash tuner.

If it gets worse, would definitely be willing to try this.
