Already got the new plugs and wires, so I'll look into relays. Thanks.

Lights and gauges all work.

Sounds good. I will do some more research on this.

Try pulling the Fuelpak and see if the problem persists. It's an easy way to isolate that component as a cause.

I am concerned about running the set-up without any tuner. However, I see your point.

Shouldn't be a problem to use the bike without it for a couple of test runs.

My other thought is have you gone that way NOT in the morning? I realize you go opposite for the way home, but it's not the same if you understand what I'm trying to say. Where you are going down hill on way to work is up on the way home.

Yes I get what you're saying. It's actually 2 hills that I'm going through to and from work. I have also travelled the same route at different times of the day when taking a nice cruise and what not. The problem only happens in the cold of the morning. But I will try pulling the Fuelpak and running without it the rest of this week to see if it makes a difference. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone.

Check the connections at the throttle connector actuator behind the air box.

Google Harley limp mode and you will get all the information that you need.

Take the connector apart make sure all the pins are tight, put dielectric grease on the connector and see if this fixes your issue.

Thanks for the info. It hasn't happened in a while but I went ahead and did what you said. Hopefully the problem never comes back. I appreciate it.
