Wow, so it seems like a lot more than just getting a meachined spacer. I hate to do it, but it looks like I will need to sell them and get 00 to 06 rims, because I'm sure a meachine shop would not be cheap for all this work.

Two machined axle spacers with an I.D. made to fit around the 3/4" axle and O.D. made to fit the tappered bearings, then cut to the right length to center the wheel between the forks and you should be good for rolling (I would think anyways). An offset spacer for the brake disk to relocate it to the center of the caliper and you should be good for stopping. You might be able to pick up everything you need on JPCyles, Drag Specialties or maybe the guys at Hog Pro might be able to help or point you in the right direction.
