bike won't start after warming up

Default bike won't start after warming up
Got an 06 Dyna lowrider... I can take the bike out, run it like a scolded dog... Get it good and warm... I'll notice the whirr of the fuel pump constantly running. Once I park the bike, if it sits more than a couple minutes it won't ignite fuel. Starter engaged and turning the engine over, but no ignition, unless I sit the bike for about 30 minutes give or take. Any ideas? I'm a bit baffled.

I would start with a fresh fuel filter. Look the hoses over real good while you have them exposed.

Yeah I've been researching that too. Had no idea it had a fuel filter.

It's in the gas tank. It's a bit fustrating the first time you do it. It will come out. Do you have a manual

I actually don't for this bike... Had an online one for my tour glide and a fat book for my sportster.... However, I have PLENTY of buddies with Dynas that can help. Lol

Could have a leak in one of the hoses inside of the tank or fuel filter. My buddy had a similar issue & it was a leak in a hose inside the tank.

A restricted fuel filter or a hole in the tubing will usually show up most under high load, not when fuel demand is low, like when idling or starting. And it probably wouldn't vary with temperature

Start with the basics. Check to see if you have a spark when it's not starting. Defective coils can sometimes work when they are cool, and not work when they are hot.
The coil probably gets hottest after shutting down a hot engine... no more air flow.

Default Replaced coil
Under recommendation, I've already replaced the coil, retuned the bike, same issue... Replaced starter relay, just haven't seen if that may have fixed it yet..

Had a car once that did that. Was the cam sensor.
