For the small bag I recommend the $99 Harley bag. It is made to fit and work with the backrest and is quick on and off. I bought a cheaper but slightly larger Saddleman bag originally but it quickly deformed and was sagging off both sides of my luggage rack. I've been looking at that larger Viking bag myself.
I've been using mine for 10 years now and on 5 different bikes. They ranged from Harleys(3 different models) a Triumph Speed Triple and a Yamaha FJR1300. It worked great on all of them. If I get another multi-week ride in I'll be seeing how she works on my FXDL..
I think the side pockets may be better on the Kury bag.
Thanks for all the replies. A lot of good options out there that's for sure. Still looking for pictures of Iron Rider bags on a dyna though.
Thanks again!
I have the Viking model you linked to. I lash it to a removable rack. I found it necessary to get some extra tie-down stuff - $14 from HD. It works good. It has good space for a couple days and rain gear if you pack right. I use it with a solo seat and the back rest is ok, or you can use it for junk.
