I've got a 2015 wide glide with the ABS. I took it to the shop the other day because every time I hit the front brakes, it makes a noise like that sounds like air bubbles escaping a hose. It does it regardless of whether I use light or heavy pressure. Its fairly loud. Loud enough that I hear it when I'm doing anything over 10 mph. Granted I do wear a half helmet, so I hear everything.
The tech assures me that its normal. He said it was the sound being made by floating brake pads. This is my first bike, so I wasn't sure if they all make noise when using the front brakes or should I pursue it further and take it to a different shop.
I havent heard your bike but It's probably the freshly cut slots in the rotors, if the bike is new with low miles, It's normal and once they wear in a bit the noise will be much quieter and you won't hear it anymore. Slotted rotors always make a whirling noise when new.

Normal. Hard to describe - mine sounds like a steady stream of small marbles hitting a board. If it's not the floating disc, it's from the holes in the disc. But I think it's more from the floating portion.
All the new ones go zzzzzzzzz on the front brake. I was next to a guy the other day on his newer SB and we came to the stop and zzzzzzzzzz from his too.
