I've had the KuryakynIso Pegs and stirrups for a few years and think they're very comfortable. Can't say as they add much to the looks of the bike, though.
Prior to the Kuryakyn's, I had some Harley heel rests and didn't like them. The arms of the heelrests were angled out from the bike too far. Made it so my heels were resting on the arm of the heel rest instead of the pad.
I sometimes run the same setup on my bike as above with one exception - I have the Kury 3" extensions... There is a whole lot of flexing going on with this combination and I also agree, it ain't pretty. But theyare comfy on a long ride!
I have them and I love them. I felt more secure immediately. The heel support is a definite advantage for me. I bought the Kuryakyns from the 1/2 price sale table at the Harley dealer. But I would gladly pay the full price when I get another Wide glide.
