I had the heel rests and they did help alot. Then I got a set of floorboards that Lolife used and I must admit that the floorboards made just that much difference and now I have the floorboards and will stay with them! Made long rides so much more comfortable! I am not sure if it is what you are looking for, but if you do not mind the look and want the comfort with forward controls and not very expensive, then I would try the floorboards. Just my thoughts.
Hey Matrix, Those skull pegs and pads look good. I saw it on your original post. I finally sprung for something like that. I got the Kuryakyn ISO pegs and the ISO Longhorn shifter peg and ISO Longhorn brake pad. I really like the look. I think it's a definite plus for the overall look of the bike and those heel restsare verycomfortable.
Where did you get these black heel rests? I have a Nightster and I want to keep it flat black, and I can't find black heel rests anywhere. I wonder if these would fit my Nightster? Thanks for any thoughts or direction as to where you got them.
