'12 Super Glide mini apes

Undecided between 10" or 12" mini apes.....what's the best way to get 'em? Go through HD or after-market?

stock minis are 8 inch

Go 12. Most people complain they should have gone a bit higher. I rarely hear that they went too high.

I've got the fat minis on 4" fat risers... I like the bars there... had 'em there for 45000 miles now. HD is spendy... but I have had zero issues.

The two minis I bought and installed were OEM for a Wide Glide and they are 10 inch.

One I ordered new from the local Dealer when I bought my 2001 SG, and the other were new take-offs from a 2014 Wide Glide that I got off of eBay for $50, shipped. I ran the wiring outside like the originals on the Super Glide but I drilled holes and ran the wiring internally for the 2004 Low Rider.
