Default 5 degree Trees on Superglide

I have a 2009 Superglide Custom that I would like to rake out (nothing too crazy) I understand that this question has been asked before, however in my search I have never found a definite answer from someone who has done it. Accutronics, Haug Halters and Seeger has 3 and 5 degree trees available. The Seeger website states that there is no difference in handling with 5 degree trees on a StreetBob.

I am concerned about high speed wobble and was hoping some could chime in who has done this modification. Pictures would be appreciated as well.

I am not sure if this makes a difference but I have lowered progressive 11" in the rear and a 21" tire in the front.
