I was able to install the Predator mount in one piece.
I used a bike lift and strapped it down then used a bottle jack to support the engine when I pulled the stock mount out.
This is when the bottle jack is used to jack the engine up enough to fit the Predator mount in. You then mount the top section then using the bottle jack lower till you get the front holes lined up.
Your going to love it and love doing it yourself.
I do my own work then I pay myself with new upgrades with the money that would of gone to someone else. Bike has lots of upgrades.
Have fun.

Got my mount installed today, everything went pretty smooth. Little bit of a delay in getting it done because I had to make a drive to get a foot lb torque wrench, thought my landlord had one at the house but he only had an inch lb that didnt go high enough.

Anyway, no surprises taking out the old one or putting in the new one, a pretty easy job.

I used my scissors jack with a brick on it to butt up against the motor. My bike sits a little more upright since I dropped the rear and have the stock jiffy stand. Putting the jack under didnt look like it affected the stance at all so I proceeded.

Got the old one out and put in the new mount with the support block attached. It took a little bit of finesse to get it to fit with it all together but definitely do-able.

When it came time to install the supporting block bolts I had to jack up the motor just a bit (maybe a 1/4") to get it lined up right. Torqued down the frame bolts, and supporting block bolts, then got another pair of hands to hold the bike up right while I torqued down the center bolt.

Havent ridden or even started it up yet, that will be tomorrow. I will say that I did take out my oil filter (oil change of opportunity); I dont have all those fancy attachments to be able to reach the bolts and get the proper torque with the oil filter in place. It is really easy with that out of the way; I imagine it would be a lot more difficult to try to install with the oil filter in place.

Ill be back riding tomorrow and hopefully have a good experience with this new mount!
