They did send the right ones and got them today. I ordered some Rocker Lockers, brass bushings that lock down the rocker arm shaft, from a co. in So. Cal. not far from Progressive. They came in the same size yellow envelope and the shipping was free, and took the same amount of time to get here. The Rocker locks were $15 and the Progressive Bushings were about $9 before the $49 shipping. My conversations with Progressive was like talking to high school boys.

You should send them an invoice for $49 shipping charge to send them back the incorrect parts...

When I called to say the ones they sent were wrong he said keep them, we'll send the right ones. That was before I said, "what is this $49 shipping charge". They sounded like smart *** high school boys

Wink Progressive jerks

You should send them an E-mail explaining how many Harley forums you are on & how many Harley rider's there are on each forum . Then tell them that you will be sure to write in each forum about your experience with their company and the general manager & their inferior products ! Word of mouth can ruin a inconsiderate company pretty quick !

I'm sure they'll hear about it, and yes I put it on a couple of HD forums. I don't think they care really. They almost have a monopoly on aftermarket HD suspensions. I'll go to Race Tech or anyone else next time. Lot of buddies here I ride with and I've told my story to all of them.
