I had to get new rubber bushing to replace the crap ones on my Progressive shocks on my Dyna. The ONLY place to get the right ones was directly from Progressive. I called and gave the serial no. on the shocks AND year and model of the bike. The guy says $2.11 cents apiece do you want to order. I said yes and forgot to ask for the shipping cost and he didn't offer it. When they came UPS, no. 1 they were the wrong ones and the bill was $57.00. $49.00 shipping. I called and told them they sent the wrong ones and what is with this shipping cost, they came in a dam envelope. He looked at the invoice and said wow that can't be right and said he'd find out from shipping and call back, plus he said the part was wrong and he'd ship the right ones. Well they never called back. I called the next day and he said "yea, haven't heard anything yet, I'll call you". He never called back that was last week. I got the boss's no. and called him and he sounded sorta humored by it and said they can do nothing. I'll buy Chinese before ever buying from them again.
I have progressives on my soft tail and the one on the right side (brake side) snapped at the eyelet where it attached to the swing arm. My dad welded it back together and he said the original factory weld was garbage. I would not buy them again either.
