I've also had a horrible experience with Progressive suspension. I bought some 430's for my bike, standard springs, I rode with them on for 200mi and couldn't take them any longer. The dampening was OK, but the spring rate was much too stiff. I contacted them about maybe swapping springs on them if possible or if they had any ideas to help... They told me to back the pre-load off and try to reset my sag... of course them not listening when I told them the sag was all the way backed off before hand. I responded again to them, never got a reply. their customer service is a joke, along with their products.

Thanks for the posts. I won't be doing any business with them.

I wouldn't buy anything from them period. I have several friends that have and all of them had issues with their products. I have decided to look at Ricor shocks, JRI shocks and ohlins shocks for my fat bob. Just my .02

Like I wrote before it was like dealing with high school boys. They obviously didn't care what I thought. Well you know what Progressive I don't care if you go out of business
