Been collecting parts for some time now and have already pulled my primary apart. While I am at it, I am installing a new belt that is 1 1/8" wide so that it fills up my 68T International rear pulley.
Looks like you spent some serious cash! I'm planning on doing a similar project over the winter, not sure how deep I'm going to go or exactly what I'm going to do. I'm debating on doing the 49t Evolution clutch basket, or just the 30t pulley. Clutch basket is $$$, but I'm planning on going bigger with the motor someday, so the stronger basket will be a good investment.
Not as many details as some of my earlier Threads but concentrating on the non Service Manual info that should help anybody thinking about these upgrades.
I am actually out of town right now but should be back to work on the bike Saturday. I wanted to get this Thread going in case anybody wants to throw in any tips or advice to keep me from embarressing myself!

If you want to keep doing what you are doing in your pic, I would do the Evo 49T mod - nice upgrade for sure, can skip the 30T.
Like you, I too may go bigger someday so these upgrades should be good for anything I do.
Looks to be hell of a setup. Your compensator sprocket wore that bad already or just playing safe?
I am not sure how bad is too bad, but here is a pic of my compensating sprocket and sprocket retainer from 8 months ago - the sprocket spokes have been getting chewed on, the retainer has scratches all around it, and there is always a fair amount of fine metal on my drain plug:
