I ride a 2015 Switchback. Thinking about getting a fairing for it. Looking for a good aftermarket one that's reasonably priced. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it.
most reasonable is the Memphis shades, remains quick release so you can
" SWITCHBACK " and when I did my set up 3.5 years ago was around $450
added the hogtunes MSA-1 later on and with batwing extensions, spoiler
shield and chrome trim have right around $700
a lot of the guys over on the owners group have gone with the US trailers
model and reckless
Looking into the Memphis Batwing for my 2014 Switchback. Does it use the same mounts as the stock mount, or do you need to change / add new mounts? Assuming the blinkers need to get relocated. Thanks in advance for any insight!
Hey, I have the Memphis shades fairing on my Switchback. The mounting kit (sold separately oc) includes everything you need to mount the fairing to your bike. It uses the stock mounting locations, but you have to switch out some hardware, and yes the turn signals get relocated to the forks with the included brackets. Its a good mod, providing better wind protection toward the grips and Im able to see over the shorter windshield. Also there are lots of shield options, so thats a bonus too...good luck.
